Sia Store4Team cares about customer privacy and data security. When processing personal data, the Site Owner complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. These Privacy Policy Terms regulate the privacy practices related to the www.store4team.com and services of the Store4Team website. By using the Store4Team website and the services provided, or by submitting personal data to Store4Team on this website or at any stage of receiving the services, the Site User gives his consent to the collection, use, transmission and disclosure of User’s information as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. The Site Owner has the right to:
1.1. process the Data of the Site User (subject to this Privacy Policy and the rights of the Site User);
1.2. use cookies (there is a possibility to disable most of cookies);
1.3. to communicate with the Site User via e-mail.
2. Processing of the Site User's data:
2.1. The Site Owner obtains only such personal data of the Site User, which the Site User voluntarily provides to us via e-mail, filling out web-based questionnaires, concluding service agreements and other direct communication with the Site Owner.
2.2. When the Site User uses the Site or Services, the servers automatically record information that the Site User's browser sends to any website visited, such as the time of day, browser type, IP address, etc.
2.3. When registering for the Services of the Site, the Site User is being asked to provide information such as an e-mail address. When placing an order online, the Site User is being asked also to provide additional information, such as a billing address, first name, last name (or name of the legal entity, etc.).
2.4. By subscribing to the e-mail newsletters of the Site, the Site User provides e-mail address and confirms subscription.
2.5. When paying for an order online, the Site User is being redirected to the secure Paysera application, where personal data (including a credit card information) has to be provided to the invoice processing organisation. The information provided by the Site User to the invoice processing organisation is being processed in accordance with the privacy policy of this organisation, which is available here. The Site Owner will have access to the name, surname (name of the legal entity), address (if applicable) and contact details of the Site User, but there will be no access to credit card or payment account data.
2.6. The Site Owner does not obtain or save credit or debit card information.
2.7. The Site Owner may use the obtained personal data for the following purposes:
2.7.1. to register the Site's User account, conclude an agreement and provide the requested products and services;
2.7.2. to identify the User of the Site, process orders, issue invoices, delivery of goods and report on the status of the order;
2.7.3. in order to provide the Site User with effective customer support, including consideration of suggestions, claims, requests;
2.7.4. for the fulfilment of warranty obligations;
2.7.5. for security, anti-piracy and prevention of fraudulent activities;
2.7.6. to provide the Site User with information related to changes in the products and services used;
2.7.7. to send informational messages, information about special offers and other information to the Site User, if User’s consent to receive it has been given;
2.7.8. to carry out any trade promotion activities, if User’s consent has been given to such trade promotions;
2.7.9. in order to comply with or verify conformity with the requirements of laws and regulations.
2.8. If the Privacy Policy of the Site Owner is amended, the amendments are being published on this Site so that the Site User always knows what information the Site Owner obtains, how it is used and under what circumstances it is being disclosed.
2.9. If the Site User does not want to receive information messages, special offers and other information, which is not particularly important for the use of purchased or subscribed products and services, Site User can unsubscribe from further communication at any time by sending an explicit request to unsubscribe to the info@store4team.com, or by writing in the Store4Team office, upon presentation of an identity document.
2.10. The Site Owner may use the obtained non-personal information for the following purposes:
2.10.1. to personalise and help the Site User to use the website and services of SIA Store4Team;
2.10.2. to improve the Site's products, services, customer experience and advertising strategy;
2.10.3. for the purposes of security, combating piracy and preventing fraudulent activities;
2.10.4. to identify activities and transactions that are carried out through a related marketing or referral program;
2.10.5. for statistical or research and analysis purposes.
2.11. The Site Owner may transfer the Site User's information to third parties in the following cases:
2.11.1. to provide services provided by cooperation partners. If it is necessary to provide a service performed by a third-party partner (for example, a courier for the delivery of goods, payment service providers, administration of IT security), the Site User’s information may be transferred or made available to the partner providing the requested service. In this case, the data is provided only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service;
2.11.2. to comply with legal requirements, cooperate with supervisory authorities, prevent criminal activities and protect the legal rights of the Site Owner, Site Users and other persons, to the extent permitted/determined by the requirements of regulatory enactments.
2.12. The personal data of the Site User is being saved as long as it is necessary in accordance with the purpose of receiving the data and as allowed or determined by the requirements of regulatory enactments. Various technical and organisational security measures are used to protect the Personal Data of the Site User. Personal data of the Site User is available to a limited number of people, only authorised persons.
3. Use of cookies:
3.1. Cookies are small text files that are being saved on a person's computer by websites visited by the person. They are widely used to provide or make websites work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to website owners. None of the cookies used by this Site contain any kind of personal data. Cookies that can be set by this Site:

4. Rights of the Site User in relation to personal data:
4.1. If the Site User is a data subject in accordance with the EU GDPR (for example, the Site User is an EU citizen and provides his private data on the Site), the Site User has the following rights in relation to the personal data:
4.1.1. the right of access to information. The Site User has the right to receive information about why and how personal data is processed;
4.1.2. the right to rectification. The Site User has the right to obtain the correction or supplementation of inaccurate or incomplete personal data without undue delay;
4.1.3. the right to "be forgotten". The Site User has the right to cancel consent to the processing of personal data and to obtain the deletion of his personal data without undue delay, as soon as the data is no longer necessary for the providing of services that are in process, as well as the data is not necessary to comply with the requirements of regulatory enactments or a request of a supervisory authority;
4.1.4. the right to restrict processing. The Site User has the right to obtain restriction of the processing of his/her personal data if there are objections to it, and the Site Owner has no legitimate basis to continue the processing, if the Site User disputes the accuracy of the data, if the processing is illegal or if the Site User requests the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
